Friendly staff and good services, coffee drinks are always good there.
The shop was very busy today (12 Sept), and I have got to say Emma & Eric did an exceptional job keeping customers happy. I was amazed at the teamwork they displayed being the only two working there when I called in. What an awesome job they did keeping up with orders, always with a smile. My cappuccino was really good. I am glad to say I can change my previous review to 5 stars. Well deserved Emma & Eric.....................(previous review) Great service, friendly staff but I can honestly say it is the first time I have been disappointed in the taste of both the cappuccino and the smashed avo. I was so disappointed, still am, as this is the only cappuccino I drink.
Absolutely love this Zarraffas. Always lovely staff. Manager is absolutely wonderful. I always feel special whenever I go get my coffee because that’s the vibe they like to
Deliver. One young member off staff offered to help carry my bags to the car one day so I could carry my coffee. Just mind blowing amazing service. Lots of Zarraffas around but none like this place.
